Last month, the Primetake team attended The Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEI) event at Excel, London. The event brought together leading players in the global defence and security sector together to innovate and share knowledge, integrating all of the pillars of national security and defence: Air, Space, Land, Naval, Security, Cyber, and Joint.
Our team were able to engage in ‘hub’ meetings on a number of new and emerging topics These meetings enabled us to discuss new innovations in the field of defence and security, while also affording us the opportunity to showcase our own research and development activities.
Members of our research and development team were on hand to answer questions on new innovations, potential collaborations, and key product lines. Some of our most popular products such as our Omega sniper ammunition, 12G Counter Drone Distraction and our rapid smoke grenades, were on display for attendees to view.
We engaged in discussions concerning equipment requirements and opportunities, and some of these meetings were made available online through DSEI Connect for those who were unable to meet in London due to coronavirus restrictions
As always, the DSEI provided the perfect space in which we could connect with existing and new customers and reconnect with hundreds of other leading companies and likeminded professionals working in the defence and security sectors. After a week of exchanging ideas, networking with peers, meeting suppliers, and gathering inspiration, our team have returned back to base reinvigorated and ready to implement the knowledge they gathered over the course of the event.
We’d like to thank all of the organisers and attendees for their efforts this year. In spite of the host of challenges presented by the pandemic, the event was a huge success.
